    The Committee on Government Organization moves to amend the bill on page one, line twenty-four, after the word "authorized" by striking the period and inserting in lieu thereof a comma and the words, "with the following amendments:

    On page three, following subdivision 4.1.c, by inserting a new subdivision 4.1.d. to read as follows:

    ‘4.1.d. Has not previously failed an examination for licensure in this state;’; and

    By redesignating the remaining subdivisions accordingly.”
